The Anglemaster has been developed to meet the needs of the most demanding user, grinding all bedknives to within one thousandth of an inch.

Anglemaster takes the guess work out of finding angles - the control panel does it for you.

This innovation, introducing membrane key panels on the Anglemaster bedknife grinder. The panel include a digital display of grind angles, allowing for an easy comparison between the current angle on a bedknife and the desired angle to be ground.

With its fine tolerances and ability to produce any desired angle, the Anglemaster ensures that the reel and bedknife work in perfect harmony.

ANGLEMASTER 4000DXi

The new Anglemaster 4000DXi is designed to match the speed, ease and accuracy of its Express Dual counterpart.

Featuring greater automation, the 4000DXi allows for easier use and a faster operation.

Mounting of bedknives is a simple, fluid process. The unique bedknife central grind position minimizes the occurrence of errors. Independent end adjustment is utilized so that the mounting of bed bars is always parallel. Magnetic load assistant acts as a “third hand” to stabilize bedknives.

ANGLEMASTER 3000MC

The Anglemaster 3000MC offers speed and accuracy with simple mechanical control at a price and specification to suit your requirements. Applying Bernhard's approach of using a simple protractor with 'auto-cue' to find any desired angle, bottom blades can be sharpened to within one thousandth of an inch.

Independent in-feed and a single point advance make this the easiest bottom blade grinder on the market.

ANGLEMASTER 1000

This dry grind machine is highly accurate and easy to operate. When Anglemaster 1000 is used in tandem with Express Dual 2000 reel grinder, these very affordable machines provide a complete in-house facility for the grinding of reel mowers at high speed and at minimum cost.
