Bernhard and Company named to Asian Golf Course Owners Association (AGCOA) Advisory Council, presents at conference in New Delhi

Bernhard and Company’s Stephen Bernhard, Managing Director, and Steve Wilson, Business Development Manager – Asia, have been named to a special advisory council for the AGCOA’s new Superintendent Chapter.

The Asian Golf Course Owners Association (AGCOA) has made a move to inaugurate the AGCOA Superintendent Chapter (AGCOA SC) headed by James Sua, Golf Course Manager of National Service Resort and Country Club (Safra and Kranji Golf Course), Singapore.

AGCOA SC aims to unite the industry, creating opportunities and platforms for continual professional development of its education and training programs to attain excellence in course and turf management throughout the Asian greenkeeping profession.

Zedek Au, Chief Operating Officer of AGCOA says “We are pleased to announce this initiative and have received tremendous support from owners to industry partners. As our Asian golf industry is growing rapidly, it is very important to ensure our Turf and Superintendent standard maintains at its highest. It is definitely the wish and pride of any Course Owner to own a golf facility with world-class turf and greens.”
